And just like that Summer wedding season is over. Where did the sun go? Had the pleasure creating some very special farewell flowers for a friends mother this week. The brief was her love of her garden but of how she loathed the colour pink, which is quite hard at this time of year when pink is possibly the most abundant colour in people’s gardens! I chose some absolutely stunning David Austin roses which complimented the Delphinium, Astilbe, flowering mint and scabious to name a few. What a day for a wedding! Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure providing wedding flowers for this stunning private residence on the island. The most beautiful grounds and lakes too (forgot to take a pic of those 😅) My lovely clients gave me a few ideas of their style and wants but apart from that they pretty much left it to me, which is always nice! There was a Mediterranean vibe to the marquee with lemons, olive foliage (freshly chopped by the hosts) and eucalyptus and then a country garden style to the bouquets and archway. I’ve always had a passion for flowers and from an early age can remember making potions and perfumes in jars full of rose petals from the garden. ​

 Little did I know that 30 years on I would have owned and run a highly regarded florist shop in Surrey and worked alongside top London florists at a broad range of exclusive events.  I'm very lucky to have gained a loyal following along the way, who have become my regular clients.  

Our team creates luxurious, bespoke designs for weddings, funerals, corporate and personal events.  At Little Paddocks Flowers we pride ourselves on carefully crafted, personal designs that create warm welcomes and lasting impressions.
