Returns & Refunds Policy
At Little Paddocks Flowers, all of our arrangements are freshly prepared and made to order. We aim to be as fair and transparent as possible while reflecting the perishable nature of our products.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@littlepaddocksflowers.com at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery or collection date.

If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the delivery or collection date may not be eligible for a refund, as flowers may already have been ordered or prepared.
Perishable Goods & Returns
Due to the nature of fresh flowers:

We do not accept returns or exchanges once flowers have been delivered or collected.

This is in line with UK consumer law regarding perishable, made-to-order goods.
Quality Issues
If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

Where possible, please include clear photographs so we can assess the issue.

We will review each concern fairly and may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate. This is solely down to the discretion of Little Paddocks Flowers.
Complaints received outside this timeframe may not be eligible, as flowers naturally change over time.
Substitutions
Flower availability can vary due to seasonality and supply.

Where necessary, we may substitute flowers with alternatives of equal or greater value, maintaining a similar style, colour palette, and overall feel.

Substitutions do not qualify for a refund.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout.

We cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the order.

If a redelivery is required, an additional delivery charge may apply.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom or bespoke orders, including sympathy flowers or specific flower requests, are non-refundable once work has begun or florals have been ordered
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved and processed:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@littlepaddocksflowers.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by events outside our control, including extreme weather, supplier disruption, or transport issues.
