Delivery & Collection Policy

Delivery Date Selection

When placing your order, you’ll be asked to select a preferred delivery date on the cart page. This date is required so we can prepare your flowers fresh for the correct day.

Orders cannot be dispatched without a selected delivery or collection date.

Delivery Times

We deliver to multiple locations throughout the day, so exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you have a preferred delivery time, you may leave this in the ‘Additional Comments’ box at checkout.

  • We will do our best to accommodate preferred times where possible.

Please note: leaving a preferred time does not guarantee delivery at that time.

Delivery Areas & Availability

Delivery is subject to availability within our delivery area.

  • If we are unable to deliver to the selected address on the chosen date, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives.

  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible, a refund will be issued.

Same-Day Deliveries

Same-day delivery orders are not available through our website and must be placed over the phone.

  • All same-day delivery requests are subject to availability and our capacity on the day.

  • There is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a same-day delivery request.

  • Once confirmed, same-day orders cannot be amended or cancelled.

  • Delivery times for same-day orders cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Information

Please ensure all delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete, including:

  • Full address and postcode

  • Recipient name

  • Contact phone number

  • Any access instructions (e.g. gates, safe places, businesses, reception desks)

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Recipient Availability & Safe Places

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • We may leave the flowers in a safe place, where appropriate, following any instructions provided.

  • If no safe place is available, a redelivery may be required.

Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Once flowers have been delivered or left in a safe place, responsibility for their care passes to the recipient.

Businesses, Venues & Hospitals

When delivering to workplaces, venues, or public buildings:

  • Delivery will be made to a reception or designated drop-off point where available.

  • We cannot guarantee delivery directly to an individual within large buildings.

Collection Orders

If your order is arranged for collection:

  • Orders must be collected on the agreed date during the agreed collection window.

  • Please contact us in advance if you are running late or need to rearrange.

Orders not collected on the agreed date may not be eligible for a refund due to the perishable nature of the flowers.

Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or supplier disruption.

We will always aim to keep you informed if delays occur, but these circumstances do not automatically entitle customers to a refund.

Special Dates (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day)

On particularly busy dates:

  • Delivery times are especially flexible and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Amendments or cancellations may not be possible once orders are confirmed.
