What flowers will be included in my bouquet?
Each bouquet is hand-crafted using the freshest seasonal flowers available on the day. While the exact flowers may vary, the overall colour palette, style, and value will always match the item you've ordered.
When will my bouquet be delivered?
Delivery dates are selected on the cart page. Once ordered, your bouquet will be delivered on your chosen date.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all locations on the Isle of Wight. Delivery costs vary by location, with free delivery available in Shanklin.
What if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available, we’ll leave the bouquet in a safe place where possible or contact you to arrange a solution. We'll pop a note through the recipients door to keep them updated!
Can I order in advance?
Yes! We recommend ordering in advance where possible, especially during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day & Valentines! You can order up to 1 month in advance.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can usually be amended or cancelled up to 2 days before delivery, subject to preparation status. Please see our refund policy for further guidance.
